COVID-19 Policy

Dear Valued Clients,

We are happy to announce that we are re-opening our doors to in-person appointments and food and medication pick-ups! Here is what to expect starting March 7:

  • Our doors will be open. There is a 2 person limit in our reception area. We kindly ask that you wait outside our door if our reception has reached capacity.
  • One pet parent per appointment. We welcome 1 pet parent per appointment inside for the patient’s exam.
  • Face masks are required when interacting with our team, even when outside.
  • Please come inside for food and medication pick-ups. If you would prefer curbside service, a staff member will meet you at the door with your purchases.

These measures are temporary and we will reassess as time goes on. Please keep a lookout for any further updates from our team. Together, we can all help in stopping the spread of COVID-19. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us. Any kind of disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated by our team and may result in the denial of service. Please be kind, we’re all in this together.
